Jennifer Saenz is the Global Chief Marketing Officer at PepsiCo and President of PepsiCo Global Foods. PepsiCo products are enjoyed by consumers more than one billion times a day in more than 200 countries and territories around the world. PepsiCo generated more than $70 billion in net revenue in 2020, driven by a complementary food and beverage portfolio that includes Frito-Lay, Gatorade, Pepsi-Cola, Quaker, Tropicana and SodaStream. PepsiCo’s product portfolio includes a wide range of enjoyable foods and beverages, including 23 brands that generate more than $1 billion each in estimated annual retail sales.

As Global Chief Marketing Officer, Jennifer has oversight of the Marketing function, which includes Brand, Insights, Demand Accelerator and E-Commerce. She is responsible for defining and deploying the function’s operating processes, proprietary tools and capability agenda. She also oversees talent and career development for all associates within the global function.

As President of Global Foods, Jennifer is responsible for the overall strategic direction, brand stewardship and innovation pipeline of PepsiCo’s global foods business, which includes the billion dollar Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos and Quaker brands.

Jennifer joined PepsiCo in 2005 and held several impactful marketing roles within the Frito-Lay North America business unit before becoming President of Global Foods in October 2019. In these roles, she successfully led a portfolio transformation that strengthened the core, reinvented better-for-you salty brands and developed new whitespace growth areas such as fruit and veggie snacking. She focused on building in-house creative and media capabilities to efficiently create more personalized brand content across the full portfolio. During her tenure, Frito-Lay brand programming was recognized with key industry awards for creative excellence, including several Cannes Lions and Effie Awards.

In 2018, Jennifer was highlighted by Fast Company as one of the Most Creative People in Business; in 2015, she was named an Ad Age Woman to Watch. Jennifer is active in her community and serves on the board of the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, Ad Council and the Association of National Advertisers.

Prior to PepsiCo, Jennifer worked with Deloitte Consulting’s Consumer Business and Retail Strategy group. Jennifer earned a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University.

Outside of work, she and her husband stay busy keeping up with their three boys, enjoying numerous youth sporting events and concerts.
