Vice President of Brand Marketing and Creative, Carter's
Jenna Bromberg is the Vice President of Brand Marketing & Creative at Carter’s, North America's largest branded marketer of apparel and related products exclusively for babies and young children. She oversees brand marketing, creative, social media and public relations for Carter's, OshKosh B'gosh, Little Planet and Skip Hop.
Jenna joined the Carter’s team in July 2020. During her first eight weeks in the role, Jenna led the family of brands through dramatic brand messaging shifts to reflect the complex, once-in-a-generation experiences of pandemic-era parents. In just one year, she has launched major marketing campaigns including two bold and poignant Carter’s brand campaigns, ‘Hello, Optimism,’ and ‘Made for This,’ and a tri-branded holiday sweepstakes that drove the highest volume of contest entries and engagement in brand history. She led the charge for major marketing and creative strategy shifts on behalf of two of Carter’s Inc. brands, Carter’s and OshKosh B’gosh, helped to launch a new organic baby brand, Little Planet by Carter’s, brokered groundbreaking brand collaborations, and led the development of OshKosh B’gosh’s disruptive creative campaign, “Today Is Someday.”
Prior to this role, Jenna made waves in the brand marketing space with her roles Senior Director of Brand Marketing for Hampton by Hilton and Director of Core Brand Marketing for Pizza Hut.
She currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband, Aaron, and 5 year-old son, Casey.
