Jen Oleksiw is currently the Chief Consumer Experience Officer at Eli Lilly. In this role, Jen is responsible for leading the transition from mass marketing to delivering end-to-end, personalized experiences that advance patient outcomes and drive business results.  To accomplish this mission, she formed the Customer Experience Hub to deliver and transform market research, brand strategy, websites, media, social, search, customer support programs, field reimbursement and adherence

capabilities. Jen is also responsible for Commercial Business Intelligence and Analytics. Jen joined Lilly in 2000 from Ernst & Young and has held various leadership positions in Global Services IT, Manufacturing IT and our Research & Development IT organizations. In her most recent assignment as CIO for the Lilly Business Units,Jen was responsible for developing and executing the IT strategy and global operations for Lilly Bio-Medicines, Lilly International, Diabetes and Oncology as well as for the centralized Marketing, Medical and Pricing, Reimbursement and Access functions.

Jen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Indiana University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She has also played an active role on the Techpoint Board, responsible for accelerating growth for the tech ecosystem of Indianapolis and bringing companies and talent to the city as well as the Nextech Board, a non-profit focused on enhancing the K-12 curriculum to include technology courses. Jen’s true passion lies in her work on the Globant Advisory Board and the High Alpha Advisory Council partnering with talented entrepreneurs and venture capital firms to identify, expand and/or scale new technology businesses.
