VP of Category Marketing, Best Buy
Jen Jensen is the Vice President of Category Marketing for Best Buy Co. Inc. In this role, she oversees the creation and execution of marketing strategies that drives brand love, customer engagement, and vendor partner integration for all product categories.
She oversees the marketing planning and strategy for every product category by understanding the category goal and customer need that translates to clear marketing messages that delivers the business goals.
Jen has been at Best Buy for 22 years and a marketer for 13 years, working in and leading customer obsessed strategies across several complex and dynamic product categories. She was integral in developing centralized promotional planning, key leader in the digital marketing transformation and developing the Category Marketing function.
Prior to marketing, Jen spent 9 years in various demand planning and merchant roles across multiple product categories.
Jen has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Minnesota, Mankato. She currently sits on the Big Brother Big Sister’s board in Minneapolis.
