Jen McLean is the Senior Director of Global Brand at Ecolab – a global sustainability leader committed to making the world cleaner, safer and healthier by protecting people and the resources vital to life. In her role at Ecolab, Jen leads the Global Brand team responsible for setting the global brand vision and strategy. She most recently led the Ecolab brand refresh, transforming the way Ecolab comes to life with a focus on maximizing brand presence and increasing customer and consumer understanding of the value Ecolab delivers. In her role, Jen supports key enterprise initiatives that advance the Ecolab brand, such as developing the Ecolab Water for Climate brand and the branding for the new Home Depot retail product line.

Jen joined Ecolab as an experienced marketing leader with a decade of building world class brands at Nestlé across both the Confections and Ice Cream categories, highlights of which include Nestle’s first Super Bowl commercial campaign, reuniting Butterfinger with The Simpsons and serving as the Marketing lead for the Häagen-Dazs Shoppe Company where she worked on several growth and brand building initiatives through a strategic collaboration between the retail brand and franchise community. Jen has a strong strategic and financial foundation with experience at Estee Lauder in Strategy & New Business Development and at J.P.Morgan in investment banking for the consumer, healthcare and retail industries.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business degree in finance and marketing from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and an MBA in brand management from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
