This includes working for research startups, driving the growth of online methods at Kantar and Ipsos, and being Chief Insight Officer for IPG Mediabrands. James’ current role at GSK Consumer Health is to drive the transformation of the function, ensuring its ability to drive strategy and decision making, and fulfilling the ambitious vision that the entire business has for Insights & Analytics.
