Henry is an Emmy Award-winning creative leader with 20 years of experience running in-house and external advertising agencies. With an ingrained entrepreneurial spirit and unmatched commitment to creative excellence, Henry has spent his career developing and producing an array of award-winning campaigns for iconic brands like Coca-Cola, Intel, Samsung, Mattel, Adobe, and Google.  

Prior to MANSCAPED, Henry was Managing Director of Keurig Dr. Pepper’s in-house agency, Liquid Sunshine, driving creative solutions for 125 brands including Dr. Pepper, Snapple, Canada Dry, and Green Mountain. Previously, he served as Managing Director & Head of Innovation at advertising agency Pereira O’Dell where he oversaw advertising campaigns for dozens of major big-name brands. Always looking to go above and beyond for his team and clients, Henry expanded the agency’s offerings to include an end-to-end in-house production studio and drove double-digit growth resulting in the agency’s most lucrative period in its twelve-year history.  

At MANSCAPED, Henry oversees the development and execution of all creative initiatives. He works across departments to ensure campaigns are aligned and consistent, as well as compelling and effective. He’s also responsible for major decisions like whether or not a commercial starring Santa’s pubes would drive sales during the holidays (it did).
