Managing Director, Marketing, Charles Schwab

Helen Loh oversees Schwab’s branded digital channels that deliver the most impact on new client acquisition and deepening relationship with existing clients across 31 million brokerage accounts. Ms. Loh is also responsible for investor education and marketing of all investment and banking products. Under Loh’s leadership, Schwab is recognized by Gartner as a Genius brand, the top ranking in its Digital IQ Index for Wealth & Asset Management*.

Ms. Loh has over 25 years of marketing and product experience with early stage technology companies and with Fortune 500 brands. She holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Ms. Loh is a Board Member of SI-BONE, Inc. (Nasdaq: SIBN), a Silicon Valley based high-growth medical device company. She also serves on the board of the Charles Schwab Foundation.

Ms. Loh has over 20 years of marketing and product management experience with Fortune 500 brands including Proctor & Gamble and Clorox, and Silicon Valley startups ranging from digital content media to B2B software companies. She holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Ms. Loh is a board member of the Charles Schwab Foundation.  She is also a co-sponsor of the Asian Pacific Islander Network at Schwab (APINS).
