SVP of Owned Channels, Charles Schwab

Helen Loh is Senior Vice President, Retail Owned Channel and Client Marketing at Charles Schwab. Ms. Loh oversees Schwab’s largest branded communication channels for Retail investors, to drive new-to-firm acquisition and deepen client relationships. These channels include Schwab.com, YouTube, podcasts, digital and print publications, Schwab’s presence on search engines and branded content delivered through paid and social media. In addition, Loh is responsible for marketing all Retail products, services and digital client experiences to 3+ million Retail clients.

Ms. Loh has over 20 years of marketing and product management experience with Fortune 500 brands including Proctor & Gamble and Clorox, and Silicon Valley startups ranging from digital content media to B2B software companies. She holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Ms. Loh is a board member of the Charles Schwab Foundation.  She is also a co-sponsor of the Asian Pacific Islander Network at Schwab (APINS).
