As Vice President of Integrated Marketing at Vista, Heather plays an integral role in defining and unifying the global seasonal marketing plans and the 365 always-on marketing programs that aim to drive relevancy, engagement, and growth. Heather oversees and leads the intersection of key marketing strategies and functions across CRM, Media, Go-To-Market, Product Marketing, Site Merchandising, and Channel Marketing to create and execute seasonal brand and marketing plans across the customer journey. Her team’s main goal is to acquire and grow the lifetime value of Vista customers through a variety of customer touch points, messages, media placements, and personalization/relevancy to drive engagement and business impact.

Heather joined Vista in 2012 and has held a variety of marketing roles over the years. Most recently, as Vista is going through a brand transformation, Heather has helped to modernize the marketing organization from a performance marketing powerhouse to a multi-dimensional marketing organization, balancing brand and performance (and everything in between) to better enhance all consumer touch points, and to drive ongoing impact and actions. Prior to joining Vista, Heather spent 12 years at Staples, where she held a variety of marketing positions focused on Customer Acquisition Marketing and Digital Marketing.
