Heather Cutter is the Chief Growth Officer at Harmless Harvest, a darling in the plant-based food and beverage industry renowned for its great-tasting coconut-based products. Throughout her career with the company, Heather has played an integral role in transforming Harmless Harvest from solely a coconut water business into a leader in the functional beverage and plant-based dairy space. 

 

In addition to advancing mission-focused initiatives which have resulted in a transition to regenerative organic agriculture and conversion to 100% rPET packaging, Heather has led strategic brand expansions to double Harmless Harvest’s business in a four year period.  

 

Heather’s tenure at Harmless Harvest began in 2018 when she joined as Vice President of Innovation for the growing brand. From there, Heather served as SVP of Brand, Marketing, and Innovation and later moved into a revenue-forward role as Chief Growth Officer. Prior to Harmless Harvest, Heather drove revenue through key innovation initiatives while serving as Vice President of Innovation at values-driven leading organic baby food brand Plum Organics. 

 

Throughout her career leading innovation for numerous mission-led challenger brands across categories, Heather has gained invaluable hands-on experience with driving growth and revenue for early to mid-stage CPG businesses, handling all aspects of brand innovation from concept to commercialization at Peckish, Luvo Inc., Habit, Method Products, and more.
