Heather Costello

Heather is a VP of Loyalty Solutions at CrowdTwist where her role is to consult with senior marketers to deliver solutions in customer engagement, loyalty and technology platform implementation. CrowdTwist is disrupting the loyalty industry with the ability to recognize and reward for multichannel engagement, in additional to traditional purchase activity. Prior to CrowdTwist, Heather was V.P. Enterprise Retail Sales for Epsilon, and SVP National Markets for Harte-Hanks. In both of these leadership roles, Heather built ongoing relationships with several Fortune 500 companies, with a concentration of experience in retail and restaurant marketing, among other sectors. Heather’s deep retail experience began at one of the largest privately-owned retailers in the country, Boscov’s Department Stores, based in Reading, PA. At Boscov’s, Heather was part of an executive training program, learning all aspects of retail store operations and served as advertising media manager. Over her 20+ year career, Heather has contributed columns to trade publications, industry blogs and been a featured speaker at various marketing industry conferences. Heather is a graduate from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.
