Heather has been with Zeta Global for over two years leading customer strategy engagements for enterprise clients spanning multiple industry verticals. Prior to Zeta, Heather has spent time working both for national brands, as well as the agency or services’ partner side; with GE Capital, Best Buy, Citi and Harte-Hanks. Her successes come from leveraging data insight to define and activate experiences both offline and digitally, continually testing to learn and optimize for performance.
