Harvey Schwartz is Senior Vice President, Talent at ViacomCBS. He oversees the influencer and casting department for brand partnerships.
Schwartz was a co-founder of WHOSAY (acquired by ViacomCBS in 2018) an initial talent social posting platform that onboarded over 5,000+ celebrities and influencers, later becoming a recognized leader in influencer marketing.
Prior to co-founding WHOSAY, Schwartz was responsible for North American representation of Peter Gabriel and Real World Records, overseeing Digital and traditional marketing campaigns for product releases and tours in the US and Canada.
Schwartz also established the Capricorn/Universal A&R Department helping develop multi-platinum artists.
Schwartz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Radio and Television from Indiana University in Bloomington
