Greg Ambrose is an experienced strategy and customer experience professional who champions the continual integration of the customer voice into organizational strategy. Over his career, Greg has led the successful development and launch of many consumer solutions including product innovations, loyalty initiatives and marketing communication platforms.
In his current role as Vice President, Loyalty, Insights and Guest Experience at Cineplex Entertainment, Greg leads the organization’s insights, guest experience and loyalty teams with the objectives of advancing customer knowledge, ensuring industry-leading guest service, and driving desired behaviours to increase short-term and lifetime value to the business. In addition, Greg oversees the Cineplex / SCENE relationship to encourage effective member engagement across all business lines while capturing critical customer insight to inform organizational strategy.
