Esteban Ribero

Esteban Ribero is Performics’ Senior Vice President of Planning and Insights. Esteban is a self-professed “behavior architect” who combines behavioral science with marketing best practices and systems thinking to connect people to ideas, experiences and brands. He is a creative strategist, a psychologist and a systems thinker. Prior to joining Performics, Esteban was a Senior Director of Strategy and Innovation at Egg Strategy, a leading innovation and brand strategy consulting firm. He has also worked in strategic planning positions at TBWA, PHD and Leo Burnett and served as the VP of Analytics and Insights at Luminar Insights – a Big Data analytics start-up.
