Errol is currently a Vice President with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) with responsibility for Guest Experience, Design, and Performance in the brand organization. Over the past ten years he has held numerous roles including strategy, new business development, brand, and brand operations. Prior to IHG Errol was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company where he worked with Global Consumer and Retail clients on Marketing, Organizational, and Growth topics. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from University of Notre Dame.
