Eric is a seasoned brand strategist with 14 years of experience in automotive, travel, CPG, and consumer health industries. His passion is finding insight about unmet or unknown market needs, and harnessing that knowledge to help brands create or communicate differentiation — even in mature, commoditized, or oversaturated markets.
He has made client-side and agency-side contributions to the Hertz car rental, Claritin allergy relief, Aleve pain relief, One-A-Day multivitamins, GUM oral care, RID lice treatment, and Nasonex brands, as well as working on pre-launch product and service NPD and industry trend intelligence.
His role on the TrueVoice team is to help TrueVoice clients translate the findings from their audience intelligence centers, not only into market research insights but into applied use backed by robust brand strategy.
