Emily Josephson

Emily Josephson manages the Whole Earth®, Pure Via®, and Equal® brands in the dynamic sugar substitutes category in a time when sugar is the enemy, plant based is all the rage, and keto continues to trend. In her year and a half on the business, she’s reinvigorated the heritage Equal brand and taken the young, emerging brand Whole Earth to become the fastest growing stevia brand nationally with fresh new marketing campaigns, breakthrough innovation, and a scrappy approach to restore the brands and business to growth. Prior to her role, she worked in brand roles at SC Johnson Ziploc, Scrubbing Bubbles and Pledge brand and General Mills in the yogurt category. She brings a unique point of view, having started her career with 6 years on the agency side at McCann Erickson and DDB. Emily is a passionate brand and business builder who brings her creative spirit, consumer empathy, entrepreneurial spirit, and drive for results to everything she works on. Emily earned her MBA from Indiana University Kelley School of Business and BA from University of Rochester.
