Managing Director, Morgan Stanley

Emily is head of Digital Experience and Insights for Morgan Stanley - leading an integrated marketing and digital strategy that introduces Morgan Stanley to more people than ever before and engages consumers and clients where they are, all while reinforcing and amplifying Morgan Stanley’s powerful global brand.  


Emily has two decades of marketing, digital, data and analytics experience.  Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, she was a Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase and Citi.  Throughout her career, Emily has been successful leading large, multi-functional teams to deliver transformation and build new and innovative functions for the firms.  At JPMorgan Chase, Emily was responsible for building, growing, and leading the firm’s marketing analytics practice across the entirety of JP Morgan’s consumer business and brands, serving over 70 million customers.  Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Emily spent 13 years at Citi in their Global Consumer Business leading core functions of Marketing, Digital and Analytics.  During this time, Emily was a leader across all stages of the consumer customer life cycle from acquisition to retention and was a founder in developing Digital and Customer Experience practice for the firm.  


Emily holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas in Mathematics and an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. She and her husband, Tommy, have three children and currently reside in Northern Virginia.  Emily is very involved in recruiting and mentoring the next generation of leaders and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Initiatives.
