An entrepreneurial Global Executive Leader with a broad range of experience providing  strategic direction and management oversight for developing and executing short, mid and  long-term strategies within the Digital Marketing and Advertising sector. He is a proven  leader with deep expertise in developing & executing effective revenue & operational  frameworks and building trusted & long-term client relationships that have resulted in  significant revenue growth across multiple organizations.

In his current role as VP, Commercial Operations & Development at Teads, NY, he  leverages his expertise and consultative approach to provide innovative solutions that drive sales strategies, build  new business partnerships and provide the infrastructure and operations to propel extensive and sustainable growth.  

Building High Performing Teams – Edmund has managed national sales teams and his strong ability to recruit,  hire, coach and develop individuals has resulted in creating highly engaged, energized teams who are motivated to  perform to their potential. Edmund has a strong ability to lead and effectively communicate the strategic positioning  of Digital Marketing initiatives. He regularly coaches his team of Sales and Sales Support professionals to sharpen their skills and leads the weekly North American Revenue call for US & CA sales team (100+ sellers), and revenue  & business forecasting meeting with Sales RVPs. He regularly delivers thought leadership on emerging trends at  key industry events including CES, Cannes, Digiday, Programmatic I/O, iMedia, BIMA, and ANA.

Executive Sales Leadership – A proven track record of developing and implementing strategies for Sales,  Marketing and Operations, he is responsible for the creation & execution of the revenue strategy, structures, &  business operations for Teads’ North American business. Under his leadership, he grew revenue from $60MM in  2016 to $225MM+ in 2019 and achieved an 8% increase in North American EBITDA. He recently led his Sales  Team across 3 verticals – including Telecom, Political, & Entertainment, totaling $62.5MM to achieve 38% YoY  Growth.  

Strategy & Business Development – With a natural ability of developing focused client partnerships, Edmund has  grown Teads’ position with numerous major North American brands, including American Express, P&G, Microsoft,  TracFone, Citibank, Pfizer, Starwood, L’Oreal, Delta, DirecTV, PepsiCo, Fidelity, Liberty Mutual, GlaxoSmithKline,  IBM, Visa, & Coca-Cola. He is adept at analyzing & identifying market expansion opportunities with clients in  strategic markets such as Seattle, Boston, Boulder, Cincinnati, & Detroit and has achieved triple digit year-on year growth across the Auto, Telecom, Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, & Consumer Electronics verticals from  2018 to 2019. At iAd, Apple, he prospected and curated a multi-million-dollar portfolio of accounts including GEICO,  Verizon Wireless, The Home Depot, Walmart, MasterCard, IKEA, HBO, Discover Card, Staples, Pfizer, and SAP  and developed strategic partnerships with industry-leading content creation and technology companies to expand  current iAd’s offerings and significantly increase advertiser commitments.

Operational Excellence – Edmund’s ability to break down silos between Marketing, CRM, & Sales resulting in  significant improvements in Client Capacity, Profit, and Close Rates. He implemented a framework for Salesforce  to evolve into a centralized hub and led the integration of the firm’s internal systems, increasing margin by 4.1% in the US & CA as a direct result of synchronization. He established Teads’ new product & process roll-out structure,  centered around four core pillars: 1) Consistency (what/when new information will be distributed); 2)  Communication (how information & feedback is delivered to and received from employees); 3) Clarity (clear vision  & strategy with defined success metrics); and 4) Curriculum (increase productivity & adherence through ongoing  education).
