As Executive Business Director with Hearts & Science, Diane currently oversees integrated teams across key clients such as Boston Beer, The New York Times and Barclays. Previously, she managed a portfolio of brands across the Baby Care and Feminine Care Categories on the P&G business. Prior to joining Hearts & Science, Diane spent 8 years with OMD. At OMD, Diane was a Managing Director responsible for over $500MM of media activity for several clients including JCPenney, Time Warner Cable, Monster Worldwide, and Discovery Communications. Key responsibilities include, growing client relationships both domestically and globally, developing innovative business building solutions, delivering proven ROI through advanced marketing analytics and driving integration across clients’ partner agency roster. Diane is a 19-year media veteran, with experience in a diverse array of categories, which include; Technology, Talent Management/Recruitment Services, Business Services, Retail, Telecom and Financial services. Working across these categories provided Diane with solid experience in both B2B and B2C, with client objectives ranging from brand building to pure acquisition. Diane’s career was anchored in delivering digital media excellence to fuel multi-channel campaigns that connect with consumers throughout their customer journey, while delivering on the clients brand and business needs.
