Delphine plays an integral role in designing transformative solutions powered by signals to approach marketers’ business challenges in unique ways. As Chief Data & Analytics Officer, Wavemaker North America, Delphine is dedicated to applying the agency’s positive provocation blueprint by pushing the transformation of data through the power of technologies such as AI & ML to create solutions and services to grow clients’ bottom lines. She believes that our industry needs to fearlessly embrace a world where modelling and predictive algorithms and signal diversification will become a new norm. Current Role

As Chief Data and Analytics Officer, Delphine is leading a team of 150+ data and analytics practitioners and technologists. Since taking the helm of Wavemaker’s data and analytics team in April 2021, Delphine has fully crafted a new organizational model at the agency to bring marketing intelligence and science to the next level and more at the center. Beyond the clear vision and the 6 disciplines that she has created to elevate the value proposition of Wavemaker, she has crafted a new data and analytics narrative as well as thought leadership reports to harness the power of data (A Future with New Signals; “A reset for the whole industry,” “The Power of Contextual”, “Clean Room: Enabling collaborative analytics” and created a methodology to assess reliance on identifiers which became a groupM solution deployed globally.

Her consultative approach combined with her innovative mindset drives her to create future-proof solutions, maturity models and strategic partnerships to help marketers navigate the complexity of an evolving data landscape.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining WPP, Delphine held various leadership positions across large technology companies such as Microsoft, Facebook and Amazon focusing on data and technology strategy and product development with a focus on data governance and growth strategy for brands. ​
She also held local and global data and analytics leadership positions agency-side at Dentsu and Publicis working on global accounts such as Adidas, Microsoft, Diageo, Disney among others.
