SVP, Global Entertainment Marketing, Citi
David Kovach is the SVP, Global Entertainment Marketing at Citi. Through Citi’s access platform Private Pass, David is responsible for developing entertainment partnerships for the bank in the categories of music, television, film, comedy, culinary and theater, to deliver exclusive cardmember access to events and experiences. Throughout his career at Citi, David has forged partnerships with New York Comedy Festival, The Television Academy (Emmys), The Paley Center for Media (PaleyFest), Caruso (The Grove in Los Angeles), TCM Classic Film Festival, NY Film Critics Series, American Film Institute, LA Times (The Taste; LA Food Bowl), sbe Entertainment and NY Magazine (Vulture Festival). Over the past three years, David has led Citi’s efforts to expand Citi’s music access program globally, promoting exclusive concert presales across Asia, Australia and Europe in alliance with Live Nation. Prior to joining Citi in 2000, David held marketing roles at Chase and MBNA. He also served as a staff assistant and political appointee at the White House and US Treasury department. David has served on the advisory boards of the Museum of Broadcast Communications, TJ Martell Foundation (West Coast) and SheKnows Media. David received his bachelor’s degree in Economics at Georgetown University. David resides in Los Angeles, CA.
