David Armano is interim CMO for Suzy, the leading real-time consumer market research technology platform designed to help brands harness human intelligence on demand. A B2B and B2C marketing leader, David has helped some of the world’s most recognizable brands connect with consumers and customers in ways that drive business and brand value. David previously served in a number of roles for global communications marketing firm Edelman, where he aided in building their digital practice, resulting in double digit growth.

An influential voice in the marketing industry—David also contributes articles in publications including Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Bloomberg, AdAge, Adweek CMO.com, and Digiday and has a social following that exceeds 100k followers.

Prior to joining Edelman, David was a part of the founding team of social business consultancy Dachis Group (since acquired by Sprinklr). David has had the rare and amazing experience of working with some of the top brands and organizations in the world including HP, Kellogg’s, PayPal, United Airlines, Adidas, Hilton, Barilla, the U.S. Dairy Industry to name a few. He first cut his teeth in marketing at pioneering digital agencies including agency.com and Digitas as both creative and strategic leads.

David gives talks around the globe on the intersection of marketing, business, and culture and serves on several advisory boards including Dynamic Signal, the leading employee communications platform. He is also a voting member of the Marketing Hall of Fame. When he’s not knee-deep in work, David can be found spending time with his family near Chicago, ideally somewhere outside, by the lake and trees.
