Damon Mercadante is the VP of Digital Marketing for Paramount Streaming Services driving growth for both Paramount+ and Pluto TV. In this fast-paced, evolving industry, Damon leads an in-house team of brand and performance marketers with an emphasis on CTV and programmatic marketing, growing Paramount+ subscribers from 0 to 56M+.
Damon brings over two decades of leadership experience both on the buy side and sell side of digital marketing, monetization, and growth. Prior to Paramount, Damon was a co-founder of a digital marketing company, MC Ventures, and VP of Marketing at ScanCafe, a photo scanning and services company. He also worked in strategic partnerships at eBay and two early stage startups that went from Pre-IPO to IPO. Damon received his undergraduate degree from Yale and MBA from Wharton.
