Courtney Phillips is the Head of Music at the app Calm – the global mental wellness platform. After growing up in a music business and travel-loving family, she got her own career started with the endorsements team at William Morris Endeavor. From there she went to Universal Music Group, and then over to Filter Magazine to run their partnerships and festival events, before going back to UMG to have many wonderful years and grow to a Director of Brand Partnerships. She’s thrilled to be at Calm, and help grow their music library with exciting new content, and bring peaceful nights and relaxing days to the Calm community.
