As Director of Media and Performance, Corri Reichert has the privilege of leading an in-house media team of 8, who provides strategic guidance and oversees all media execution in partnership with the company’s media agency. In addition, she recently began leading the Channel Integration team (6 people), which includes the team responsible for email, text, website and direct mail; and the Integrated Channel team (7 people) who oversees our Communication process and improvement. The team’s focus is to develop the optimal strategy and execution via various paid and owned channels, ensuring the message is delivered to the right audience, meeting the company’s objectives. Corri has spent over 20 years in both client-side and agency-side Media roles. She considers herself blessed to have worked on well-known brands such as Applebee’s, Subway, Pepsi, Pizza Hut, Pier 1 and Cicis Pizza, during her tenure. A strategic thinker with a passion for analytics, Corri is always looking for ways to optimize Channel efforts, staying abreast the changing media landscape, and using key measures to determine success. Corri joined Southwest Airlines in the summer of 2016 and has made significant changes in the company’s media approach that better align with today’s evolving consumer. She has a passion for people and enjoys mentoring and teaching those interested in learning more about media. She previously taught at SMU for 3 semesters educating students on Media 101 and Digital 101. Corri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kansas State University. She currently resides in Dallas with her husband, Mike, and her two boys, Noah (10 1/2) and Ian (8).
