Christopher Thomas-Moore
Senior Vice President, Customer & Store Experience, Domino's
Named senior vice president of customer and store experience for Domino’s in October 2021, Christopher Thomas-Moore is responsible for digital innovation and core customer and team member experiences. His responsibilities include eCommerce, loyalty, CRM, owned media, store technologies, international digital, and customer care.
Before his current role, Christopher Thomas-Moore was responsible for all digital customer acquisition and retention programs, media planning (linear, non-linear, and digital), and product/menu development. He also served as vice president of global e-commerce and digital marketing when joining Domino’s in 2018. In that role, in addition to digital marketing, he led Domino’s Piece of the Pie loyalty program and global e-commerce experience strategies.
Thomas-Moore has been part of several innovative technology advancements and campaigns at Domino’s, including the Points for Pies national campaign in early 2019. The campaign grew loyalty program awareness by providing points to users who scanned any pizza using AI technology embedded in the Domino’s mobile app.
Before Domino’s, Thomas-Moore spent over seven years at Extended Stay America as the vice president of e-commerce and digital marketing. While there, he led the expansion of the organization’s digital eco-system and marketing strategies, yielding a significant increase in digital revenues during his tenure.
His career in technology and eCommerce began at Pace Communications, a leading custom publishing, and digital agency. There he led the development of white-labeled brand identities, eCommerce sites, digital marketing efforts, and product lines for various clients – including Conde Nast, eHarmony, XO Corporation, and ASPCA to name a few.
Thomas-Moore is a graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University with a degree in Political Science. He currently resides in Ann Arbor, Mich.
