Senior Vice President, Customer & Store Experience, Domino's
Named senior vice president of customer and store experience for Domino’s in October 2021, Christopher Thomas-Moore is responsible for digital innovation and core customer and team member experiences. His responsibilities include eCommerce, loyalty, CRM, owned media, store technologies, international digital, and customer care.
Before his current role, Christopher Thomas-Moore was responsible for all digital customer acquisition and retention programs, media planning (linear, non-linear, and digital), and product/menu development. He also served as vice president of global e-commerce and digital marketing when joining Domino’s in 2018. His career in technology and eCommerce began at Pace Communications, a leading custom publishing, and digital agency. There he led the development of white-labeled brand identities, eCommerce sites, digital marketing efforts, and product lines for various clients – including Conde Nast, eHarmony, XO Corporation, and ASPCA to name a few.
Thomas-Moore is a graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University with a degree in Political Science. He currently resides in Ann Arbor, Mich.
