Christina Claudio is part of Verizon’s Customer Experience team where she leverages her passion for customer centricity to create compelling experiences across loyalty, billing and payments. She joined Verizon in 2018 as part of the Fios Digital team where she was responsible for driving digital engagement and the next gen service and support model. She’s previously held roles at Comcast in business development, with A.T. Kearney as a management consultant, and in sports with the National Football League and Major League Baseball.
