Casey Lehman is the VP of Loyalty, Credit, and CRM at Macy’s Inc, leading the Star Rewards program of 30M+ active loyalty members and Macy’s Cardholders across strategy, program and lifecycle marketing. In her role, Casey also leads omnichannel CRM campaigns and gift cards for Macy’s. She has held former marketing leadership roles at Calvin Klein overseeing North America marketing and marketing strategy & operations and Starbucks Coffee Company, where she relaunched the strategy of and grew the Starbucks Rewards loyalty program via lifecycle marketing, digital experiences, and personalized offers from 2016-2021. Prior to her roles in retail, Casey was formerly in strategy consulting and financial services, focusing on high growth sectors in digital and technology, media, and telecom.
Casey has an MBA from the Darden School of Business at UVA and an AB in Economics from Harvard College. She is also a proud graduate of the 2020 class of Leadership Tomorrow, an executive training program focused on catalyzing leadership from the lens of promoting equity, anti-racism, and inclusion.
