Caroline is the Head of Marketing for Philosophy Skincare and Fragrance. She leads all facets of marketing and strategy for the philosophy US portfolio.  Caroline has over 15 years of international experience in marketing, trade marketing and sales, across beauty, health, household and food consumer goods.  She is recognized for her proven track record of outperformance managing large, complex portfolios and high performance teams with consistent delivery of results.  Caroline joined Coty in 2018 in the Middle East consumer beauty division where she led the trade marketing organization, contributing to the acceleration of the total business. Prior to joining Coty, Caroline spent 10+ years at Reckitt Benckiser and Kraft Foods, building brands and leading marketing, trade marketing and sales teams through turnarounds, accelerations and acquisitions in the Middle East and Canada.
