A true embodiment of CENTURY 21’s mission of always delivering at 121%, Cara is constantly looking for new ways to push herself forward both personally and professionally. CENTURY 21’s global chief marketing officer since 2015, her primary areas of focus include marketing, advertising and digital media. Under her leadership as CMO, the company unveiled a historic rebrand and new visual identity in 2018.

Cara has more than 20 years of experience leading loyalty marketing, business development, strategy and change management. She served as chief marketing officer of Squaw Valley Ski Holdings in Lake Tahoe (CA) and as a vice president for some of the world’s largest multinational corporations including American Express, Epsilon and Hilton Hotels Corporation.  

A graduate of the University of Miami, Cara is an avid runner, hiker and skier and looks forward to one day climbing Mount Kilimanjaro. When it comes to homeownership, she believes that the real joy comes from the flexibility it gives people to constantly improve the space around them to reflect their unique personality.
