Bess has widespread experience in the sports marketing and hospitality industries. Before joining Hyatt, she oversaw branding and digital marketing strategy at Food For Thought, a Chicago-based Catering and Restaurant Group. Prior to that, Bess spent time in the NBA with the Boston Celtics and Chicago Bulls, worked in sales with W Hotels of Chicago and spent just over six years in Field Marketing at Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Bess received her degree in Kinesiology from University of New Hampshire and enjoys traveling, attending concerts and exploring new restaurants with her husband Josh.
