250 of the world’s most recognizable brands including Adidas, LEGO and Vodafone, use Decibel to measure and improve online customer experiences and increase conversion.
Starting his career at PwC prior to moving onto global digital consultancies, Publicis and Ogilvy, Ben founded his own consultancy, which he ran for 12 years before selling in 2016 after spinning out Decibel.
Ben lives in North West London where he enjoys spending time with his children – a sporty daughter, aged 11, and tech savvy son, aged 8. As a cardio fitness enthusiast, Ben commits to a weekly 10-mile run, and plays competitive tennis.
