Barbara Jones is the Founder and CEO of Outshine Talent which is a talent management firm that guides a diverse and talented roster of social-first creators who are also actors, authors, musicians, models, entrepreneurs and investors. She discovered and launched the careers of Charli and Dixie D’Amelio, who are now the world’s most popular teens. She is also creating live entertainment IP and launching Outshine Music Group (OMG).
Prior to Outshine Talent, Barbara was a pioneer in the influencer marketing industry, founding one of the first influencer marketing agencies, Blissful Media Group, in 2008 and continuing as CEO through 2019. Her agency worked with top brands including TikTok, GoDaddy, Hyundai, Kobrand Wine & Spirits as well as with top PR and digital agencies on social influencer strategy and execution.
Barbara is also a music industry veteran having worked over 15 years in Marketing for Warner Bros, Epic Records, A&M Records, Maverick Recordings and Columbia Records, where she was the Head of Marketing.
