Breathing and Mindset Coach
I know the unique challenges of performing in a high-paced atmosphere while also trying to stay fit, sane and happy. I’ve worked in industries as diverse as fashion, tech, and anti-aging medicine. It was when I devel oped a daily breathing practice that I went from lethargic and overweight to one of the top producers at a fast- growing startup. This turning point was so significant that even though I was experiencing my greatest level of success in sales, I decided to devote myself to teaching other people the tools that changed my body, relationships, self-image, and overall quality of health.
I love to meet each person where they are and offer simple, precise breath practices that are easily integrated into their daily lives, whether at home or in the workplace. I also love building team trust through fun and transformative breathwork, ice immersion and basic movement. Focusing on my fitness through breath-work enabled me to become the best version of myself, and my mission is to lead all the people I work with one step closer to the person they want to become.
I’ve studied and learned from the modern breathwork greats. I am certified in the Wim Hof Method, practice Laird Hamilton’s XPT, and have studied with Brian Mackenzie and Dan Brulé. Most recently, my work has taken me to Amsterdam to study with Kasper van der Meulen.
