Vice President, Programmatic, PadSquad
Ashley Schroeder leads national programmatic sales and demand generation for PadSquad, a media company that specializes in building high-impact creative ad experiences for brands. In her current role, she is responsible for go-to market programmatic strategy, collaborating with brands and agencies to strategically solve their marketing challenges through creative programmatic solutions, building relationships with SSP/DSP partners, and growing overall programmatic revenue. She is passionate about working with marketers/agencies to understand their business needs and help them navigate the growing programmatic landscape.
Prior to this role, she was the Regional Midwest Vice President of Sales at PadSquad and spent more than five years as a top salesperson at PadSquad and Collective. She has also worked at several ad agencies in Chicago including Mindshare and Starcom supporting Fortune 500 brands like Abbott Nutrition, Bank of America, Beam Suntory, Allstate and General Motors. Ashley holds a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education from National Louis University and a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism & Communications from the University of Iowa.
