Antonia Collins is currently an Associate Director on the Consumer Marketing team, supporting the Migraine Portfolio. In this role, she leads consumer strategy with a focus on consumer activation, for the two migraine brands in the portfolio. She launched the new consumer strategy and campaign launch for Emgality in 2022 – the first time the brand executed 100% digital paid media. This campaign allowed the brand to differentiate in a crowded marketplace and do so through the efficient and targeted media. She works closely with cross-functional partners across the organization to understand and communicate DTC performance, including brand health and paid media optimizations. Antonia works closely with the brand team as the voice of the consumer to ensure all brand efforts ultimately deliver for the patients we serve.

Antonia joined Lilly in 2014 and has done a variety of marketing roles across US and Global healthcare professional (HCP) marketing as well as Consumer marketing. Antonia holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Management from Purdue University (Lafayette, IN) and an MBA from Indiana University (Bloomington, IN). While in business school, Antonia interned at Johnson & Johnson Consumer, Inc., where she developed a go-to market plan for Aveeno. Antonia is passionate about understanding customers and ways that brands can not only connect with them, but deliver on a need that a customer has. Antonia lives in downtown Indianapolis and serves on the Mission Committee for the Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana’s Young Leaders Board.
