Anton Vincent is the President of Mars Wrigley North America, the world’s leading manufacturer of chocolate, chewing gum, mints and fruity confections. With iconic brands like M&M’S®, SNICKERS®, SKITTLES®, STARBURST®, ORBIT®, EXTRA® and ALTOIDS®, Mars Wrigley has been creating better moments to make the world smile for more than 125 years. As President, Anton leads a team of more than 7,000 North American Associates and oversees a cross-functional leadership team to deliver category growth, operational excellence, enterprise value creation and positive societal impact. Anton joined Mars Wrigley in May 2019.

Previously, Anton Vincent was the CEO at Greencore USA, a fresh convenience food supplier. At Greencore, Anton championed a revision of the US growth strategy and led up to 6,000 employees.

Prior to his role at Greencore, Anton spent 15 years at General Mills, home of major brands including Nature Valley, Chex Mix, Green Giant, Pillsbury, and Betty Crocker, among many others. Anton oversaw the Snacks, Frozen Frontier and Baking Divisions as President, and became a founding member of General Mills’ renowned Black Champions Network (BCN). He was also a key member of the M&A team at General Mills during the $10 billion acquisition of The Pillsbury Company in 2000, and led the $640 million divestiture of General Mills’ interest in Ice Cream Partners, USA (Haagen Dazs) in 2001.

Anton sits on the Dean’s Council of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He was previously on the Board of Trustees for the Breck School, and acted as the Vice Chairman of the Board for the Milestone Growth Fund Inc. and the Mill City Credit Union. He holds an MBA in Marketing from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
