Anna Faktorovich serves as the Senior Vice President of Brand + Marketing at CAVA, the category-defining Mediterranean brand that helps more people eat well and live well. Anna’s team is directly responsible for the Brand Vision, Customer Experience, Marketing Planning, Loyalty and Lifecycle Strategy, Media Planning, Creative, Communications, and Guest Insights and Data Analytics. Most recently, Anna led the team responsible for launching the CAVA x Emma Chamberlain partnership which was born out of an organic IG comment exchange between Emma and CAVA. The partnership was successful in driving relevance with Gen Z, increased adoption of digital channelsPrior to CAVA, Anna spent 8+ years at Target across a variety of progressive positions where she led and built dynamic, high-performing teams to deliver meaningful results for Target and its business categories. As a Director of Marketing for Target’s $16B Apparel & Accessories and Beauty categories, Anna’s team and an army of cross-functional partners led the industry’s biggest and fastest overhaul of the retailer’s Owned Brands portfolio with a total of 16 brands across multiple categories, resulting in significant share gains.Recognizing the importance of Gen Z as a guest of the future, Anna led the design of Target’s first enterprise strategy for improving relevance with this emerging audience segment. The work resulted in receiving C-level buy in to launch a start-up incubator focused on youth entrepreneurs, as well as the launches of new youth apparel brands – Wild Fable, Colsie, and Original Use.Prior to Target, Anna’s career experiences included Global Brand Management at Avon, and positions in public relations at Euro RSCG HAVAS, among others.Anna received two Bachelor of Science degrees from Manhattan College, in Marketing and Global Business. She is mostly fluent in Ukrainian and Russian and has traveled extensively with Habitat for Humanity in a volunteering capacity.
