Andrew Shripka is an award-winning marketing leader with more than 20 years of experience with recognized consumer brands across CPG, retail and footwear industries, transforming brand perception and driving growth through strategic brand acts and storytelling.

Andrew is currently the Vice President of Global Marketing for the Wolverine Brand, part of the Wolverine World Wide portfolio of brands (NYSE: WWW), where he’s served for over 4 years. In this role, he is responsible for global brand strategy and marketing communications, leading a team across strategy, retail, digital, PR, visual merchandising and creative. Under his leadership, brand purpose activations generated over 10B earned media impressions and the brand donated $4 million dollars to support the next generation of skilled trade workers through partnerships with mikeroweWORKS, Metallica Scholars, Old Rip Van Winkle and more. He also re-tooled marketing focus to a digital-first approach, contributing to 45% YoY DTC growth since 2016.

Prior to joining Wolverine, Andrew led a range of well-recognized brands across CPG and retail, spending significant time at Kellogg’s as well as Meijer, Kashi, ConAgra and Kraft Heinz. At Kellogg’s, Andrew gained experience in P&L management and leading cross-functional product development teams. He also has marketing experience in foundational brand strategy, portfolio management, agency leadership, traditional advertising campaigns, organic influencer efforts, ecommerce strategies and breakthrough experiential, brand purpose and PR initiatives. Work he has led has been featured across hundreds of high-profile media outlets including the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, CNBC, Business Insider, and the Today Show.

Andrew holds an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management with focuses on finance and strategy and is a graduate of Purdue University.
