Andres Romero

Senior Brand Manager, Campbell's Swanson

Brand leader with 15 years of unique consumer marketing experience across multiple categories from the brand, retailer and agency sides. Andres began his career in Nielsen Latin America providing insights and recommendations that built successful marketing plans for multiple iconic consumer brands. He also led the Sears Holdings Tools marketing team that developed the "Sears, The Home of Craftsman" positioning turning around the business in 2012. He then joined the Campbell's Soup Company in 2013 holding roles of increased responsibility across many of their different categories, more recently leading the resurgence of the V8 brand. His experience includes step changing brand strategic planning, the launch of multiple successful innovation platforms, and best-in-class activation plans consistently exceeding annual business goals.  Andres also has meaningful international experience after leading regional teams in various key marketing projects throughout his career.

He is an active advocate on the importance of Diversity and Inclusion to succeed in the marketplace. He has held various leadership roles in the D&I space including Chair of the Latino Network and member of the D&I advisory board at Campbell, helping advance their agenda.

Andres is an Industrial Engineer from Universidad de la Sabana, in Bogota, Colombia and has an MBA in Brand and Product Management from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
