Ana Ceppi is Senior Advisor, Hispanic Marketing based in NYC and has been at Edelman for the past year where she drives business growth for marketers in the youngest and most viable market: Hispanic households. Ana joined Edelman from NBCUniversal where her mission was to partner with marketers and content creators to maximize the Hispanic marketplace potential in the U.S., from strategy; to products; to go-to-market deployment.

Ana is a sought-after leader for her wide-ranging experience which spans agency (McCann, Grey), brand (American Express) and media (Univision, NBCU). She has a unique perspective on how to solve complex marketing problems simply and successfully. As a culturally fluid, impactful and diverse leader, Ana has expertise in enabling multi-pronged, strategically inspired, forward-leaning, go-to-market efforts to generate brand engagement and sales growth.

Ana has specific expertise in building products, strategies and campaigns that bring hard and soft insights to product development; products to untapped consumer segments; and strategies that generate revenue by simplifying complex and coalescing leaders (internal and industry) to trailblaze. She is behind work including Mastercard’s “Priceless”, Amex’s “Realize the Potential”, Telemundo’s “Unstoppable” and Motorola’s “World-Without-Wires”.

Notably, Ana co-developed Cultural Insights and Impact Measure ™ (CIIM) with the ANA to capture the value of culture in marketing and programming. Her marketing campaigns have received numerous international awards including five Effie’s, three AME’s, Pianini and an Echo, among others.

Ana is a graduate of Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Communications and lives in Greenwich, CT with her bilingual, bicultural family which includes a great husband and three children (one is on the spectrum; one LBGTQ+ and all allies).
