Amy Craven is Director, Brand & Advertising at American Airlines. She leads a team that brings brand strategy to life globally across advertising, content campaigns, cause and performance marketing initiatives. In addition, she collaborates with the airline’s operational teams to deliver brand-led experiences across the entire travel journey.
In her 10 years at American, Amy has led global teams in building international marketing strategies, sponsorship partnerships and launched new products through cross-functional campaigns. Prior to American, Amy worked on the agency side in experiential marketing and consumer promotions.
Amy holds a MBA from the University of Dallas and a BA in Mass Communications from Texas State University.
