Alegra O’Hare is Chief Marketing Officer of Gap, leading brand strategy, creative and partnerships. As head of the global marketing teams, Alegra’s focus is to inspire consumers through all brand touchpoints, including retail, digital, social media and PR, challenging cultural and creative boundaries with a denim-led purpose.
She was previously Vice President of Global Communications for adidas Originals and Style, where she led the global marketing team and oversaw all brand creative campaigns and consumer-facing content for the lifestyle division.
In 2017, Alegra was given the Brand Genius award by AdWeek, named one of that publication’s 35 Most Powerful Women in Sports for two consecutive years and ranked among the world’s 50 Most Innovative CMOs by Business Insider. A seasoned marketing and communications specialist, Alegra lives in New York and is a certified sommelier.
