Gathered again at Viacom’s Times Square offices, we heard from a dazzling collection of industry leaders who opened up about both the successes and stumbling blocks they’ve faced along their career journey as women.

Gathered again at Viacom’s Times Square offices, we heard from a dazzling collection of industry leaders who opened up about both the successes and stumbling blocks they’ve faced along their career journey as women.The tone of the day–embracing progress while lamenting the distance still yet to travel–seemed like a fitting metaphor for the march towards gender equality. Among the day’s hot topics: the critical role mentorship can play, particularly early in women’s careers, and the need for inclusive hiring practices. The take-away at the end of the day for women and their male allies was clear: keep pushing.
