As comforting as it may be, a traditional Thanksgiving meal can easily fall into the trap of being too “basic.” For those who have fallen into a Thanksgiving rut, Reynolds Wrap has three solutions in the form of three “Bougie Bird” preparation options for the meal’s main dish.

“Reynolds Wrap continues to reimagine what a turkey can taste and look like during Thanksgiving,” said Courtney Bednar, marketing director for Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil and disposable bakeware. “We aim to inspire Millennial and Gen Z home chefs with new and fascinating ways to cook holiday classic dishes.”

The three recipes take their inspiration from the trends of “quiet luxury” and “treat yourself,” using ingredients like truffles, caviar and lobster, Bednar said.  The recipes include a 24-hour turkey brine to bring out the flavors of caviar, topped with potato chips (in a nod to a TikTok trend of serving caviar with potato chips), a turkey covered in black truffle shavings and edible 24-karat gold flakes, and a “Luxe Lobster” recipe that uses traditional seafood boil spices, accompanied by steamed lobster and cornbread stuffing.

Over the past seven years, Reynolds Wrap has capitalized on the food-centric nature of Thanksgiving and the holiday season by promoting “wacky and out-of-the-box” ideas to help consumers have some fun while preparing their big meals. Previous ideas have included Glitter Turkey and recipes inspired by regional hot dogs.

“Reynolds Wrap is a kitchen staple all year long, and we are proud to be an authority in the holiday cooking space,” Bednar said. “During a time that can be stressful for many, Reynolds Wrap is a product that consumers can depend on to make their holiday cooking easier, and more delicious!”

The brand will promote the recipes through earned media, posts and commentary on its owned media channels and influencer partnerships.
