Ikea, Bombas and More: Brand Holiday Ads, Part II

We kicked off the festive season by highlighting a few holiday ads we thought stood out. Now we’re back with a bookend second installment.

We kicked off the festive season by highlighting a few holiday ads we thought stood out. Now we’re back with a bookend second installment.

In the season’s most demented–and dare we say best–ad, Ikea UK uses rapping ceramic holiday figures to not-so-subtly hint that your apartment is in dire need of some upgrades. It’s kind of awesome.

Sky, Comcast and–E.T.? Just as Kevin from Home Alone did in last year’s Google ad, Elliott has grown up, my friends.

Virgin Media and Drag Race star Cheryl Hole just used “Christmas-ing” as a verb.

The Norwegian Postal Service went super old-school for their holiday story.

And finally, Bombas just want you to be comfortable for those inevitably uncomfortable family moments.

That’s it. We’re out! Cheers from the BI crew. We hope you enjoy this special time of year in the company of those you love most.
