Cointreau Taps Dan Levy for Latest Campaign

Cointreau has teamed up with actor/director Dan Levy for a new campaign that promotes summer cocktails. 

The campaign is centered around a three-part video series on hosting summer parties, created In partnership with Entertainment Weekly and Food & Wine. 

“Our campaign with Dan Levy on Food & Wine and Entertainment Weekly channels is all about helping consumers elevate their cocktail hours and gatherings,” said Ian McLernon, president and CEO at Rémy Cointreau Americas. “We know that during the summertime, Margaritas are a favorite for consumers to sip, while at-home cocktail making continues to be a mainstay. With the three-part video series with Dan and two culinary stars Nyesha Arrington and Sohla El-Waylly, we share delicious Margarita recipes and hosting tips with existing and new audiences.” 

Levy and notable chefs Nyesha Arrington and Sohla El-Waylly will star in the videos, which give advice on how to host at-home celebrations with Cointreau. The videos include the Evening Soireé, Garden Party and Brunch. Each episode will include one cocktail recipe featuring Cointreau. 

The series will launch with the “Evening Soireè “video on Thursday, July 28th with additional content to be rolled out through the rest of the summer. The content will run on Entertainment Weekly and Food & Wine channels, across the DotDash Meredith network, as well as through Cointreau’s paid and organic social channels.  

For this campaign, we’re targeting Margarita drinkers with an interest in entertaining and hosting,” said McLernon. “Enlisting one of Hollywood’s favorites, Dan Levy, along with culinary experts Nyesha Arrington and Sohla El-Waylly allowed us to create the humorous and relatable content our audience craves, while leveraging the strong readership of two iconic publications, Food & Wine and Entertainment Weekly to also reach into new audiences.”
