Chief marketing leadership moves and promotions at Nike, AB InBev and Kraft Heinz

Anheuser-Busch InBev’s chief marketing officer (CMO) Benoit Garbe is resigning at the end of the year, so that he can  “embark on a new chapter in his career,” according to a statement shared by the company. Garbe has been CMO since 2020, but the beer brand has been hit hard by Bud Light boycotts this year. Kyle Norrington, chief commercial officer, will oversee marketing moving forward.

Nike has also revealed plans to shake up its executive team. The Portland-based brand has named Nicole Hubbard Graham as its new CMO after Dirk-Jan ‘DJ’ van Hameren revealed plans to retire. Hubbard Graham comes to Nike from Adopt, an agency she co-founded. Prior to that, she spent almost two decades at the company.

As part of executive leadership changes at Kraft Heinz, Diana Frost will be promoted from chief growth officer North America to chief growth officer. In her new role, she will be tasked with driving growth, long-term planning and transforming the product portfolio through disruptive innovation.
